It’s great colour and easy to use. My only issue was that GLO Skin forgot to send my order until I followed it up. No apology, no communication at all, so you’ve lost my business.

We recently updated our internal processes and, during this transition, we lost a couple of days of communication with our customers. Normally, we call each new customer after their first order to provide updates (as was the process), but unfortunately, that didn’t happen in your case.
We've since implemented a new system to ensure that we can promptly identify preorder status and communicate likely dispatch timelines. I personally apologise for missing the mark this time and for any frustration it caused.
