Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Beat Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

Identical product. The product must be the same brand, size, and variant.
In stock at both stores. The product must be available and in stock at both Skinmart and the competitor's site at the time of the request.
Authorised Australian stockist. The competitor must be an authorised Australian stockist of the brand.
Matching RRP. The competitor's regular (non-sale, non-promotional) listed price must match Skinmart's RRP. We source our pricing directly from our brand suppliers and stockists, and we only price beat competitors who are also selling at the correct, brand-approved RRP. We are unable to price beat competitors whose listed price differs from the brand's recommended retail price.
Delivered price comparison. The competitor's price must reflect the final delivered checkout price, including any shipping costs.
No promo pricing. Discount codes, promotional vouchers, cashback offers, subscription pricing, and coupons cannot be included in the competitor's pricing.

How to Submit a Price Beat Request

Take a screenshot of the competitor's final checkout page. It must clearly show:

The product name and quantity
The total delivered price (product + shipping)
The website URL
No discount codes or vouchers applied

Email by replying to your order confirmation or contacting our customer service team

How the 110% Price Beat Works

If your request is approved, we'll calculate the difference between our delivered price and the competitor's delivered price, then apply 110% of that difference to your order.
