Discount Codes & Promotions - Terms & Conditions
We love giving our customers great deals! To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are the terms and conditions for using discount codes and promotions on Skinmart. These terms apply to all discount codes and promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
General Discount Code Policy
- One code per order. Only one (1) discount code can be applied per order. Multiple codes cannot be used simultaneously.
- Online only. Discount codes are valid for online purchases at skinmart.com.au only.
- Apply at checkout. Codes must be entered at the checkout stage and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
- No cash value. Discount codes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Full-priced items only. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, discount codes apply to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with other promotions, sale pricing, or automatic discounts.
- Gift cards excluded. Gift vouchers and gift cards are excluded from all discount codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
- Rewards program. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Skinmart Rewards redemptions unless explicitly stated.
- Returns. If you return items from an order where a discount code was used, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid for those items. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
- Misuse. Skinmart reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or decline an order where a discount code has been used fraudulently, in error, or outside its intended terms.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Promotion
Afterpay Day — Terms & Conditions
Offer Details
Prices are as marked during the Afterpay Day promotional period. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no code required. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or vouchers.
Exclusions
The following products are excluded from the Afterpay Day promotion and remain at full retail price:
- Dermalogica Jumbo products: All jumbo-sized Dermalogica products are excluded from the promotion.
- Dermalogica FutureCode Booster 30ml
- Dermalogica Smart Eye Density
- Medik8 Crystal Retinal range: All Crystal Retinal products are excluded from the promotion.
- Dermalux: All Dermalux devices are excluded from the promotion.
- Therabody TheraFace products: All TheraFace devices and accessories are excluded from the promotion.
- Vita Sol: All Vita Sol products are excluded from the promotion.
Other exclusions may apply. Promotional pricing is available while stocks last. Skinmart reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
General Terms
- Promotion is valid for online purchases at skinmart.com.au only.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, or voucher.
- Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- Change-of-mind returns on sale items are subject to our standard returns policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
- Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply.
Returns on Discounted & Promotional Orders
The following applies to orders placed during a promotion or using a discount code:
- Change of mind — sale items: Items purchased during a sitewide percentage-off sale are eligible for change-of-mind returns in accordance with our standard 120-day satisfaction guarantee, provided items are returned in original unopened packaging.
- Clearance items: All clearance items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- Faulty or damaged items: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price, on sale, or with a discount code. Please submit a request via the Skinmart Returns Portal.
- Refund amounts: Refunds for returned items will reflect the actual amount paid, after any discount applied at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Store credit: If you return items from an order that generated Spend & Save store credit, the credit will be voided or adjusted. If the credit has already been used, its value will be deducted from your refund.
General
- Skinmart reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion or discount code, Skinmart's decision is final.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
