Discount Codes & Promotions - Terms & Conditions

General Discount Code Policy

• One code per order. Only one (1) discount code can be applied per order. Multiple codes cannot be used simultaneously.
• Online only. Discount codes are valid for online purchases at skinmart.com.au only.
• Apply at checkout. Codes must be entered at the checkout stage and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
• No cash value. Discount codes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Full-priced items only. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, discount codes apply to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with other promotions, sale pricing, or automatic discounts.
• Gift cards excluded. Gift vouchers and gift cards are excluded from all discount codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Rewards program. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Skinmart Rewards redemptions unless explicitly stated.
• Returns. If you return items from an order where a discount code was used, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid for those items. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
• Misuse. Skinmart reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or decline an order where a discount code has been used fraudulently, in error, or outside its intended terms.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
• Exclusions may apply. During promotional periods, certain products may be excluded from discounts or priced differently. Prices are as marked. If you have a question about a specific product, please contact our team.

Welcome Discount — Terms & Conditions

• Minimum spend. A minimum spend of $175 applies (excluding shipping).
• Full-priced products only. The welcome discount applies to full-priced products only and cannot be used on sale or already-discounted items.
• Devices excluded. The welcome discount cannot be applied to devices, including Omnilux, Dermalux, Therabody TheraFace, and other device categories.
• Not valid during sales or promotions. This code cannot be used during sitewide sales, promotional events, or any other active promotion.
• One-time use. Valid for one-time use only.
• Expiry. Valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Cannot be combined. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, promotion, or Rewards redemption.
• Online only. Valid for online purchases at skinmart.com.au only.

Offer Details

Save 15% off selected brands, applied automatically in your cart. No code required.

• Valid: 3 November – 12 November 2026
• Discount: 15% off, automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
• Participating brands: Dermalogica, Environ, Hunter Lab, Image MD, Image Skincare, Jane Iredale, Oxygenetix, Vida Glow, We Are Feel Good Inc., Metamorphosis.
• Participating brands only. The 15% discount applies to full-priced products from participating brands only (listed above). All other brands are excluded.
• Cannot be combined. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or Rewards redemptions.
• Online only. Valid for online purchases at skinmart.com.au only.

Offer Details

• Valid: 3 November – 10 November 2026
• Minimum spend: $149 sitewide (after any discounts, before shipping).
• Sitewide. The minimum spend threshold counts all qualifying products across all brands.
• Automatic. The gift is added to your cart automatically once the threshold is reached — no code required.
• One gift per order. Limit of one Intraceuticals Vitamin D3+ Booster 5ml per order.
• While stocks last. Skinmart reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value if stock is exhausted.
• Cannot be purchased separately. The gift item is complimentary and cannot be purchased individually at a discount.

Returns

If you return items from a qualifying order and your spend falls below the $149 threshold, the value of the gift ($15) may be deducted from your refund.

Returns on Discounted & Promotional Orders

The following applies to orders placed during a promotion or using a discount code:

• Change of mind — sale items: Items purchased during a sitewide percentage-off sale are eligible for change-of-mind returns in accordance with our standard 120-day satisfaction guarantee, provided items are returned in original unopened packaging.
• Clearance items: All clearance items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• Faulty or damaged items: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price, on sale, or with a discount code. Please submit a request via the Skinmart Returns Portal.
• Refund amounts: Refunds for returned items will reflect the actual amount paid, after any discount applied at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Store credit: If you return items from an order that generated Spend & Save store credit, the credit will be voided or adjusted. If the credit has already been used, its value will be deducted from your refund.

General

• Skinmart reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion or discount code, Skinmart's decision is final.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
