Bad pump

I have been using this product for a long time but the new pump on the bottle never works which makes it hard ti use.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the new pump packaging. That’s definitely frustrating, especially when it makes application more difficult.

With airless pump packaging, sometimes the mechanism just needs to be activated. You can try:

Pumping firmly 10–15 times to help prime it

Gently tapping the base of the bottle on your palm

Storing it upright to allow the product to settle toward the pump

If the pump still isn’t dispensing properly, it may be a faulty unit. Please reach out to our customer care team with your order details so we can assist you further — we want to make sure you can continue using the product without inconvenience.

Container

Great product but terrable despensing from the container. the pump gets clogged and doesnt return to the original position. Very hard to control the amount being dispursed.

Product has a different top

I have been using this product for so many years and now they have changed the dispersion top and I can’t control how much comes out and there is so much wastage and the colours have changed which makes it hard. Unfortunately, I will be looking for another brand

A good cream with more coverage than others; which is why I like it. My only gripe is that the bottle is terrible. The pump action gets clogged almost immediately and then I have to screw the lid off to get the product out. Ends up being quite a mess
