My skin hates retinols but loves this
My skin cannot tolerate retinols. I've tried time and again, following all the rules. But this serum has been different. My skin is not at all affected negatively and in fact, I can tell the difference on the nights I use it - my skin just looks better. Yes I still started slow and use buffers but now, I've found my skin can tolerate this without being so careful. Very pleased as I know how good retinol is for over 40s.

Effective but a bit harsh
Have only begun using this recently, 1x per week. It’s a bit harsh on my skin and only just within tolerance. I’d recommend a more gentle entry point if you have sensitive skin.
