I have been using this product just on a year, it is super easy as all in one, not greasy and give a fantastic SPF protection, easy to travel with as one lotion in the morning and apply BB Cream after for coverage. I use all of the ASAP products, made in Australia is a plus, suits our harsh climate and love the product. Would highly recommend anyone to try.

Older skin

I have used this product for 30+ years and live under the harsh Queensland sun. I am very happy that I have not had a skin cancer in my 70+ years. A great moisturising product for under your makeup.

THE SMELL!!

I was very excited to try this product after using and loving the Moisturising Defence, but unfortunately the smell has put me off using it as it is very strong. I don't know if this is normal or whether it has expired. Either way, very disappointed with this product and will be thrown away!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback – I'm really sorry to hear that your experience with the ASAP SPF 50+ Ultimate Defence hasn’t lived up to your expectations, especially after enjoying the Moisturising Defence.

This sunscreen does have a slightly stronger scent than other ASAP products, which can come down to the high level of active UV filters and antioxidants in the formula. However, it shouldn’t smell unpleasant or "off", so if you’re concerned that it may have expired, I’d recommend checking the batch number or expiry date on the packaging. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a photo and we can help check it for you.

It’s disappointing to hear you’ll be discarding it, and I completely understand your frustration. Please know your feedback is incredibly valuable – I’ll pass this on to the team at ASAP.
