The cosmelan home pack contains the products to follow the home
protocol of the cosmelan professional method and helps to reduce the appearance of pigmentation and dark spots. The supporting products in the pack provide comfort and protection to the skin while using cosmelan 2.

Cosmelan 2 (30g) focuses on exfoliating the outermost skin layers to encourage revitalisation, leading to a more uniform skin tone while reducing of the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

Melan recovery (50ml) is an intensive cream with soothing, and restoring properties for
sensitive and visibly reddened skin, damaged by sun exposure or the application of
treatments that activate a peeling process.

Melan 130 pigment control SPF 50 (50ml) provides very high sun protection in a lightweight, tinted emulsion. Suitable for all skin types and those prone to pigmentation.

How It Works

Cosmelan 2 Maintenance Cream: Cosmelan 2 cream forms part of a home routine and serves to both maintain the results obtained in the salon and prevent the appearance of new spots. Complemented with hydra-vital factor K and moisturising sun protection SPF50+, the care and the prevention of spots is solved in and unique and integral way.

Melan Recovery: Reduces skin sensitivity and strengthens the skin's defences against external attacks. Re-balances the skin barrier while providing comfort, elasticity and smooth skin and giving immediate relief from the feeling of tight skin.

Melan 130 Pigment Control: Mesoprotech complex combines physical and chemical UVB+UVA with biological filters. Collagen pro shield helps prevent the visible signs of premature ageing. Pigment system helps prevent the appearance of sunspots and favours a more even and brighter tone. Its ultra-fluid texture contains pigments to avoid leaving a white residue, minimise imperfections and provide a light, natural tone.

Precautions: If any of the below conditions are present, if you are undergoing any medical treatment, or if you are taking medication that causes photosensitivity, seek advice from your doctor before using cosmelan 2.

• Sunburn (avoid exposure to UV radiation for 15 days before treatment)

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding

• Skin diseases, allergies to any of the components of the formulation

• Family or personal history of keloid scarring

• Treatment with isotretinoin, antibiotics, hydroquinone.

• Treatments with hydroxy acids (AHA/BHA/PHA) and vitamin A formulations

• Aspirin allergy

Some side effects can appear during use of this product including swelling, pain or inflammation. If these effects are experienced, we recommend reducing the frequency of use and/or layer with melan recovery. Due to the nature of the treatment individual results may vary. Product should be used within three months of opening. Colour variance in the product is considered normal.

Step-by-step

Cosmelan 2:Apply a pea sized amount to clean, dry skin up to three times a day. If you notice a reaction or any sensitivity of the skin, limit use to once per day or less frequently and/or layer the product with melan recovery.

Cosmelan treatment protocolIf you are using cosmelan 2 as part of the cosmelan treatment protocol, follow the application schedule recommended by your aesthetic professional, which may vary depending on the stage of your treatment.

Melan recoveryApply evenly to the skin, massaging until absorbed when feeling tight or morning, afternoon and evening layered over cosmelan 2.

Melan 130 pigment control SPF 50:Apply the recommended amount (2mg/cm2 of skin) half an hour before sun exposure. Reducing this dose significantly reduces the level of sun protection. Reapply every two hours when exposed to direct sunlight and especially after drying yourself with a towel, swimming or sweating. Repeating the application is essential to maintain the level of protection. Shake before using. Sun protection must be worn during the day whilst treating the skin with cosmelan 2.

Amazing product!

Perfect for pigmentation sunspots, large pores, oily skin .and texture. It has high strength retinoids, so it does take time and patience, but your skin will absolutely glow up if you are patient and persistent. The best! The jar will last a long time. However, I would only use 3-4 times a week max! The best pigmentation product on the market. Give it a go, be patient, you won't regret it!

Cosmelan 2 cream worked great to make my pigmentation lighter. I wish the other 2 products in the package, especially the Melan Recovery cream, didn’t have such strong scent. I also had the issue of the sunscreen separating but shaking the bottle beforehand seems to help.

Sunscreen review

Out of 3 products 2 products are good but I have a problem with sunscreen it leaves water/oil first from the bottle before the brown solutions. I have used the sunscreen earlier as well but this never happened.
